The floor was shockingly cool. Got an audible wow from me when I first saw it.

Same with Mount Tilt. When we first got it, I just spent time flying around because it felt so nice.

Mount tilt I think should vary from one mount to the next. Like the motorcycle mounts should tilt a lot, flying birds should tilt a lot, ground running mounts should tilt a medium amount, big mounts like the airships or heavy vehicles like the tank should tilt very little or not at all. It could be a fun individual difference.

100% agreed, i am sorry for people that have some disability but i want to enjoy things without having a massive downgrade on it. The arena now is ugly and it was one of the collest arenas on this game, make it a toggle on acessibility on something so everyone can enjoy their game.

I did had problems seeing the floor at times, so it gave me brief moments of vertigo which I was able to manage after a while.

Oh yeah you are absolutely valid, and I have a friend who also brought up the vertigo thing, as well.

Ngl, I hated mount tilt and am glad it's gone. Not because of any motion sickness, but because it looked like shit on all the mounts I actually used, and couldn't be disabled.

Looks like the arena was specifically made so you can see and look at the planet. And now you can't see the planet. They could have just made the arena a closed room as well then.

Even when the FFXIV version was transparent it didn't have the glowing footstep effects. I guess the power of the Playstation 2 is just too far beyond our reach.

This is weird, because it's absolutely not gone, but I guess they changed how the tilt is produced and for some reason it doesn't work for you (which is good because you don't like it?)

But yeah, there is absolutely still mount tilt and plenty of it.
