Mailbox needs rework

Greetings! I play since ARR, and obviously i got a lot of stuff, from both a mog station, and from buying the game itself.

Whenever i make a new character, i have to spend like 20 minutes just taking out stuff from the mailbox, because the process is so damn slow. Every time i take the items from a mail, there's some cooldown for several seconds, during which i can't press anything else. And then i need to delete 20 mails to free up space for more, but deleting also have a cooldown.

At least add the "Take all items" and "Delete all mail" buttons.

And another moment - during that i get 2 copies of a Friendship Circlet, and 2 copies of Menphina Earrings, but for some unknown reason i can't have 2 copies of these things in my inventory. And ok, Friendship Circlet i can discard. But Menphina Earring is not discardable.

What is even in-game explanation for this restriction? Is the game gonna break because i have 2 same pieces of gear in my inventory? I cannot take out the Menphina Earring until i unlock either Chocobo Saddlebag or retainers, which is kinda not close to the start of the game. And i cannot even take other things that are in the same mail, because it's either take everything or take nothing.

Also the 20 mails limit...why? I have never seen any other MMO limit it by that much, if at all. Your hardware and servers are much better now than in ARR, so if you insist on keeping the limit, at least increase it to like 100 or something.

I agree the mailbox needs to be updated, both internally, how the mail itself works in your box, and appearance-wise.
We have had 5 expansions without any update to the mail system, and its overdue.
Likewise, the mailbox itself is overdue for an update. Right now we only have 2 mailbox choices for housing, so the players who can make those basically have a monopoly on them.
Why can't we have Loporrit mailboxes?!? That would fit in with some of the lore.

I understand that some of the restrictions are meant to be protective, because stalking abuse is a thing.
I wonder if a better compromise can be found though.
I current have been trying to get intouch with a sprout that put 2 items on the marlketboard for 1 gil each. I think he may have done it in error.
I bought both, and I'm trying to locate him so i can give them back and he can sell for a more correct price.
But, I can't mail him, or let him know, without spamming the search feature. There has to be a better way.
