Thread: One Concern about Expanded Character Customization in 8.0

I just hope this doesn't exacerbate the eyestrain issue. As a darker and blueskinned character with heavily contrasting cosmetics there are still very glaring lighting issues that were not fully remedied in 7.0, in fact many have specifically called out the graphics update for worsening eyestrain. Off the top of my head the Omphalos lighting and the whole EW alliance series overall was migraine inducing with the sheer contrast between the lighting on my WoL and the lightskinned NPCs. If we are given full RGB I fear that cities will become quite literally painful for some players with the usage of max brightness cosmetics. I sincerely hope that the team is considering this in their work. The eyestrain thread is unfortunately not as active as the graphics update thread, but I think it deserves much more care and attention than it has gotten.

In the case of glams people need to see what's normal for each job before they can start potentially being abnormal, that isn't the case if you get a full wheel of color at character creation
