    Submitted in game ticket for help but...

    I submitted an in game ticket for help , however it feels like all im getting are automated responses.

    I was requesting help with items I purchased from the store but accidentally sent to an alt with the same name I had forgotten I had and have not touched in over 4 years.

    It was requested of me to delete the items and they could proceed with sending them to the correct character. I was able to delete the one housing items but the mount and emote do not allow me to do so.

    I replied stating this and was told, a GM would have to help with that. So requested if a GM could do so. I have been waiting over 10 days now with no progress.

    Please HELP

    I have reached out using in game Support and continue to get the same response. "...received and still in process..."

    How long does the process take to delete two items and send them to the correct character ?

    An expected time frame would be greatly appreciated and helpful.

    As provided in the previous post, the GM Team has been notified of this issue and this concern can only be handled by a Game Master in-game.
    You may contact a Game Master using the /supportdesk command for further assistance and referring to the ticket number you originally created for the issue.

    Please note that the Game Master support team may be experiencing high contact volume and will handle contacts in the order they are received. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist on the forums for these type of issues.
