Inactive Player Name Release

Hello FFXIV Mod team & Community,

Is there any chance of Inactive Player Name Releases happening in the future? Something like characters under level 10 and without login in the past 5 years (and not a legacy player) lose their name or some other criteria?

I've grown to like my current name, even though it's not quite the Elezen accurate name I wish I landed on originally. Asking for a friend.
