I fear even leaving the house and reentering doesn't fix this annoying bug. I have it today the whole day long, I had already reentered, switched characters, reloaded the game, reloaded my PC... Nothing helps.
Feel very dissapointed![]()

I can successfully avoid this bug on PS5 in small and medium houses when it occurs (after many hourse of playing and walking around many houses) by closing the game entirely and relaunching. Then it does not occur again for many hours.
The bug never occurs for me in apartments or FC chambers.
However, in larges the bug is present immediatley with no way to prevent it. Sadly I'm going to postpone working on mine or even entering them except to reset the timers. It's way too jarring to watch this happen as I walk around. It's not just small items that disappear. It's wall panels that hide separate rooms and default walls, making the whole experience terrible![]()

I'll add too that I haven't added any items to my larges either yet. Just the 400 they had before. I like to keep the height in the center and close off the top floor with panels. Those all flicker in and out now, revealing the naked default top rooms...lolI can successfully avoid this bug on PS5 in small and medium houses when it occurs (after many hourse of playing and walking around many houses) by closing the game entirely and relaunching. welp, was super excited for this update but now....
looks like its not even proximity based, they divided priority by floor and certain items? my entire wall and lighting will disappear and reappear depending on my camera angle in the large house.
so the entire center area of the house is un-useable as a floor-to-cealing builds, gotta divide it up into 2 floors...?
Might not be as big an issue on small/medium houses but on large, entire floors worth of lighting will disappear when you walk up to the 2nd floor and look back downstairs, or if you look up at the 2nd floor from 1st floor.

Now this sounds really awful, the whole point to me to wish to get big house was in usage of this area... I really hope they will make a separate option for this featurewelp, was super excited for this update but now....

Yep. I doubt this is what they intended, given that they stated a known issue with vanishing furnishings the day after the patch.welp, was super excited for this update but now....

But... this is similar to what I'm seeing. The design I prefer for larges incorporates center top floor items with bottom floor items. Currently the way they draw in makes the entire picture look disgusting and unusable now. It's not just small items and lights but whole wall panels etc. If it's going to stay similar to this I'd rather go back to the old limits lol. I don't care to completely close off the ceiling at the height of the side rooms. The giant center ceiling is the reason I wanted large houses.
Also, I am suddenly seeing the problem even in apartments and FC rooms, which is new. Today I walked into my FC room and watched what must have been 30 items draw in slowly. Thankfully exiting the game and restarting fixed that one.

Yes, the same problem.
I have two larges. And in both lightning turns on and off then you change camera angle. And, as I already said, nothing can change that, not relogs or reloads.
Looks really awful. And it now doesn't depend on how much items you use. With 400 items issue is the same.

I add to the issue, I own a large house, I concealed the upper floor with different sorts of partitions, and since they flicker, the magic is completely ruined. I have not even reached the 400-item threshold!
This housing update is quite a mess! I own a 3080ti gpu, I play with ultra graphics, and still I have this kind of problem. Please, please fix it!
It seems like graphical settings dosn't affect this mechanics at all. Central area in a big houses are double height compared to standart, perhaps their system counting it as a two floors. I don't know how this feature even went out of QA department, this thing should't exist.I add to the issue, I own a large house, I concealed the upper floor with different sorts of partitions, and since they flicker, the magic is completely ruined.
