Suspended Account

I need a dev bad my husband account was suspended today the Internet was down at his work so he use the wifi from his neighbor and Se said his account is suspended they said to go into the e mail that's registered to his account and click the link but he never got that e mail and when he chicks forgot password and puts his e mail in it tells him there is no Se account with that e mail address but it can't be right that e mail address has all the e mails from Se for each month of billing can a dev send a new change of password to his e mail so he can log back in

The same thing happened to me just now. I occationally get the account lock due to swapping connection and sometimes typing the wrong pasword. Everytime, I get the email with the password reset link, but not this time. No email arrived. So I headed to the SE support center and typed in my email adress to get the email resent. But nope, nothing. :/ So I'm kinda stuck now.

Must be happening to everyone that's getting suspended today someone must be slacking at Se lol my husband will have to wait till tomorrow and hopes he gets it Monday thanks guys

If this is happening to many people, I can perhaps relax a bit. So long as I know noone have hacked my account. o_o;

Alternatively, if you use a security token, you will not run into this issue.
