Seriously, when will they fix SHELL & PROTECT?

Where is your parse data, Evangela? People keep saying it's broken but they aren't posting their parses to prove it. They'll rebalance it and probably add tiers like in XI but as of now it's not "broken", it does last a fairly short time though.

it seem the tier one version of both spell would later be a spell used around 10 So for now use what they give you. Seem they also going to add new raise 1-3 from the new dev post they made today. Please stop using the word "Broken" if you don't know how to use the word.
