True. The problem is that they aren't even trying. How can they have all this amazing stuff planned for Evercold, but ... they cant make the jobs have a bit more complexity without making the skill floor more difficult?
It'd be really nice if they didn't heed just one side of the spectrum when it comes to job design.
Resource pooling is the easiest way to giving them some depth. The average Joe can still use their resource as it comes up, they can press their star diver that gives a dmg buff and not make the best use of the 10%. It wont be a massive damage increase, even now if you dont even press 2 minutes at all you barely even slow down dungeons. But it gives us the option to make the job feel more involved, require more attention and focus to perform well. How are even enrage checks supposed to work now when everyone will be doing virtually the same damage? We won't get another Tyrant savage ever again?
