I really don't mind what I saw for WHM, so long as the other healers aren't just a reskinned copy it.
I would like to see PI turn Glare into Afflatus Misery, as a means to dump lily charges you don't need.

Yeah that's also my biggest worry, this kit is quite "generic healer", so I don't know how the others are supposed to differentiate themselves

Most of the worries we all have could have been addressed by showing two of each role, instead of one.
PLD and WAR, okay we now know what a PLD looks like, a WAR looks like, and how a MT is different from an OT post-split.
WHM and SCH, okay we now know that WHM has damage neutral healing (even moreso than before), we know what SCH's gameplay looks like, and how the two are different (or possibly, how they're the same and every Healer is now damage neutral)
etc for DRG and MNK, or BRD and DNC, or even showing a Caster would have been nice. IE, if they're removing Cast Times from Glare on WHM (and presumably, every Healer?), is that true of RDM PCT and BLM too?
Until we know more, I'm going to remain exceptionally pessimistic and assume the following:
For SCH, you press Adloquium or Concitation, and get 'Tactical Insight' (or whatever they name it), which empowers... Kaustra (or Meltdown, their choice) to make those spells Damage Neutral.
For AST, meanwhile, you press Benefic or Helios, and get 'Fates Foretold' (or whatever they name it), which empowers... maybe Stella? To make those spells Damage Neutral.
For SGE, very different from the other three Healers, you press Diagnosis, Prognosis or their Eukrasian equivalents, and get 'Toxikon', which empowers Phlegma to make those spells Damage Neutral.
#FFXIVHEALERSTRIKE
Healers feel like they've fallen behind the times, designed for a game that no longer exists. I believe SE can update Healer designs to better fit the modern raiding environment they're now creating, offering optimizations for players to master, while still remaining accessible to new players to the role, all while enhancing Job Identity of each Healer by creating a unique gameplay loop for each individual Job in the role. A 'Role Reborn', if you will. https://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/threads/504892 is my attempt to prove this belief is not only 'possible', but a very achievable goal for SE
There's really no point in fabricating details we simply don't know yet.....Most of the worries we all have could have been addressed by showing two of each role, instead of one.

Hopefully Berlin shows us 1 more job of each role.
