Hello,
When in mercantile house, I am unable to summon one of my retainers (the other one works fine). When I do try to summon her, she never shows up, the main menu is gone from my screen, and i am unable to move. I am forced to close the game and relog to continue playing. I dont seem to have a problem summoning her from adventure's guild.

Please assist.
