New job t-shirt tease was Rhitahtyn sas Arvina

In the keynote speech at Fanfest, the first tease for one of the new jobs was Yoshi-P wearing a shirt with the Garlean prefect Rhitahtyn sas Arvina on it.

While that could be a tease for the new ranged physical dps job coming with the expansion, it seems fairly likely to be for the new tank job.

Based on that tease, what are people's thoughts on what that could mean for the new tank job?

Is it going to be some sort of tech-based "Gun-shield" wielder?
Is it a tank that maybe has some sort of shield gauntlets on each arm and is more of a brawler?
Is it going to be some sort of less direct and more obscure connection, like Spider-man being a tease for Samurai and the Ninja Turtles being a tease for Pictomancer?

Let the speculations begin!

Nah, it's going to be the ranged, Tank is clearly going to be taco knight based on CEO's shirt

In my opinion, using 2 big shields would be too unwieldy, but smaller ones would be preferable.

Just got to wait until July to find out.

I'm expecting a tank job similar to Rhitahtyn's appearance. Dunno what they would call the job though. Tartarus? Sentinel?

Could be a double shield tank because he uses 2 shields in the lvl 89 dungeon

for the name it'll be something like "shell buster", fit the massive shield and the taco

Viking from Ff3 could use 2 shields. It would also synergize with the Nordic aesthetic elements.

But, he said it’s an original job so probably not Viking.
