Company-Issue Engineering & survival Manuals Both Last 10 minutes. (brought because it says 3hours literly got 10 minutes or less) nothing offical to say it'd screw me. so at a loss of why i have been ripped off.

better question is why youre buying them from the rat for 40k when you can get them from company for so much cheaper

The manuals have a cap of how much exp you can earn with the effect active. That's the part that says (up to 4000) in your screenshot there. It wears off after you've gotten 4000 experience as a result of the effect. It's similar to how the empress ring worked in FFXI if you're familiar with that item.

Basically you can get 4000 exp on top of what you would normally earn then it wears off.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused for you. I see the other posters have been helpful in providing some remedies to your trouble. Did you happen to gain 4000 exp during the ten minutes you had the effect active? If so that would be why the effect wore off, as stated in the description. Can you let us know and see if you are still having this issue? If so you are still having a problem or resolved your issue so we can either escalate the matter further or close out the thread.
