Saw this tip on reddit and it worked for me. It turns out, if you're order number is 5 digits, it's supposed to be 6 digits. Add a 0 to the front and it should fix your issue. For example, if the order number on your receipt is 12345, change it to 012345. Have fun eating your chicken!
