Here's my counter argument to that if it's a glitch , go ahead and fix it

. Because it was never intended to allow me to float things up.You would be undermining your own argument by fixing it lol
Yeah, housing didn't get fancy until someone realized they could float things up.And then the player took it upon themselves to go the extra mile with a small glitch.
If they change it or not all it does is devalue anyone who's done the manual labor to get it done, it doesn't make your house impressive. It just makes everything a baseline and unimpressive.By the standards of a previously set. You would basically be retiring a craft to have nothing replace it. It's a sterile system where it's meant to be consumed , not appreciated.
I guess you can get what you want.I just wouldn't be impressed by anything more because there's no grit or outside the box thinking or problem solving needed to get to the outcome. It's just a that's it, anybody can do that. But the path from a to z isn't direct , that's where it gets interesting.
I don't care about your perfect house where there's no story to tell. And there's no friction in it.
When I walk into a plot , I want to see the love that was put into it , but also the "how"
I like walking into a plot and being like. How did they do that? That's impressive.I should have thought of that!" And you can see the time and effort telling the system "you said no so I found a workaround"
You don't want the system to question you. If the system doesn't question you, I don't question nor care about your house.Because there's nothing2to question, it's just to consume.Just look at it , it looks pretty, im leaving. There's no technical Marvel. It's items placed from a to z cool story , bro.
I wanna hear about the guy who struggled to get his house. The way it is because that's what's impressive, being told no and saying "fk that ima do it anyway!" You're imposing your will on to a system that is telling you no to force a yes out of it by will. They're stories to explain the workarounds that were required to get it the way it is. The process is just as important as the end result.
