Not any? Just because glitch is a bug, not a tool, and most of users don't even know about it. Don't act naive, there are entire wards of unfinished or half-empty houses.
On the other hand, if everyone had the opportunity to move everything easily and without the glitches, you would list your objections on every page of this topic.
