Housing Lottery Bug

Hello it seems that there is a housing lottery bug since I have bidded on three house in the last 3 weeks and every single time the last person that bidded has won, I have submitted a ticket to square but only got a automated response that has nothing to do with my issue. I am about ready to give up on getting a house becasue it seems that this stupid bug will never get fixed unless i am just extremely unlucky. Can a GM please look into this and not give me a damn auto ai response BS.

This is the response i got which mind you i have every single class 100 and it talks about not having enough main story quest progression
