Sure this is probably too late to change, since really only received from someone who is first equipping a THM weapon, but just now got this message:

You switch to thaumaturge.
You learn the spell Thunder.
You learn the spell Exaltation.

Exaltation, of course, was removed from the game. I suspect that this might be present elsewhere also - perhaps Tranquility for CON.

Yeah, that does appear to be the remnants of a dev-side change that evaporated before trickling down to Localization. You're correct in that we are beyond the fix date for minor errors in the current version, so it will (unfortunately) remain that way until ARR is released, and everything is revamped. Until then, I find that a post-it over your chat log often works wonders.
