    Do you think that SE will reduce Vortex Totem costs at 1.23b?

    What is your personal opinion about this?
    SE has done it before, do you think it'll be possible?
    (I know most people already are 7/7 and so on.)
    But still, question stands for those who don't.

    Why they should ? Differently from moogle and ifrit, garuda drop 100% 2 vortex if speedrun (which is always, otherwise you're wiping)
