Agree with these (they're the same model, but different colouring -

the Pre-Imperial Garlean one specifically looks a lot like the pistol Emet used to shoot G'raha in the back in that infamous scene in Shadowbringers incidentally, the colouring is the same at least)

Augemented Cryptlurker's Pistol is one of my favorites, and seems to be based heavily on a C96.

Some other suggestions I have:

My current MCH go-to is Quicksilver (the old ARR base tomestone MCH weapon) - although the Weathered Quicksilver is preferable in my opinion as the 'normal' Quicksilver has that silly aetherial glowing effect when the gun is drawn, which the 'weathered' version lacks.

Alas the weathered version is now completely unattainable, luckily though it has some later pallette swaps in the form of the Adamantite-barrelled Culverin, and the High-steel Culverin (both crafted). I admit I like this design because of it looks like a shotgun compared to the mostly flintlock designs for MCH around that level.

Outsider and its variations also I like due to resembling quite closely a Tomlinson machine gun (aka, the famous 'Tommy gun' beloved of gangsters in just about every noir film for the past century).

The Kitseos Revolver from Ktisis Hyperboreia is also a favourite of mine, although the grip looks somewhat odd (but then it is technically an Ancient weapon so...). I still like it's sleek design though.

Ataktos (the level 90 MCH AF weapon) looks like a sub machine gun so if Outsider is too old fashioned for your liking, this might be right up your alley!

These are just my personal preferences though so it's up to you!

Cryptlurker to me feels like a good design that doesn't suit how MCH holds the weapon at all, the floating unused stock just makes it look awkward.

I know it's not a pistol but Outsider is the only MCH gun I fw. Okay maybe it's a little goofy but I think it's cool.
