    Status Update:

    Looks like the thief's lodestone is turning up a blank now, so either they deleted their character and moved to another server (which wasn't done after the previous theft) or action was taken.

    Either way, as said before we have updated our perms to prevent this in the future. Lesson of the day's to be aware and careful if your FC can't afford an accident like that happening to you.
