HIGHLY Time Sensitive Issue: Housing Wrongfully Demolished

I expect rectification/contact about this today as the lottery ends on the 4th. My multiple attempts to reach a GM or anyone on the support team have been fruitless.

My house on Hyperion (Empyreum Ward 19, Plot 18) was wrongfully demolished Monday. I was in it less than 20 days ago with friends/FC members. I have multiple points of contact from both Hyperion and other Primal servers that can all confirm they were with me in it on various occasions in the last 2 weeks.

I know that this is a bug you are aware of as it was in recent patch notes and multiple people on EU servers experienced it.

I have entered the lottery on the plot (Empyreum Ward 19, Plot 18) to win my house back just in case. I have witnesses, confirmation via patch notes that this is a known error, and now I have further proof of an additional first-hand experience with this issue.

My friend on Lamia server was online and in her house FIVE DAYS AGO. She went into her house the other day to check on it after hearing about what happened to me and got a notice of auto-demolition being canceled because she had "abandoned the property". She was in it FIVE. DAYS. AGO.

This is CLEARLY a bug affecting other players and as such I want this fixed/restored.

Hi, I was in Saeri's house with her on or about the 12th of March while we were waiting on duty finder roulettes. While we were there, she reminded me to make sure I'd checked my house, as I've been playing less the last few months due to outside of game obligations.

I can also confirm that I was in Saeris house no more than 2 weeks ago hanging out with her, and some other friends. She, as the owner of the house was present. Her house should not have been demolished, as the 45 days without entry did not pass. The lack of response from support is really concerning, considering the housing cycle ends in 2 days. I've checked MY house since this happened to her with no warning, but it does make me anxious if my house will get demolished unfairly as well.

Thanks Whisteria. It's been a real struggle trying to get anyone from support to help me fix this. I'm glad your house hasn't been affected by this bug, but I worry about how many other people may have been impacted. I know thousands of EU players were impacted by it last time.

Since it seems like the GM team won't acknowledge this bug at all, wish me luck I guess...

It is profoundly frustrating the continued lack of support I have received in regards to this issue. I can't believe I lost my house and might not get it back because of an in-game glitch. I really wish someone on the GM team would actually tell me what the hell is going on.
