Don't want to play PVP with people who do not want to play PVP and only play their daily match "for XP lol it's not that serious" and then never win a single game because your team decided to suck before the queue even started.

What about a "free" roulette, where the player gets to pick anything they want and receive roulette like bonuses once per day? It may not be a roulette in the typical sense but it would allow for player preference and could hypothetically include any kind of content. Players could queue as hosts who pick the content, or as party members who are assigned to content selected by hosts. This simultaneously allows for players to stick to their preferred content (hosts) while letting other players potentially see more variety out of the roulette (party members).
TBH, the only Ex's that I've cleared on Mentor rous since I started last year is the Great Hunt since everyone else will flee if we get an old Extreme that's too hard since most of us haven't ever done them on patch and it's a challenge to explain to sprouts that this is better in PF to find other MINE fans or discords.Extremes work fine in Mentor Roulette.
In any case, they shouldn't be randomly selected; Extremes should rotate each day and Savage each week, so people can watch guides and practice. They should be listed where Unreal is, under the High-End tab. The entire Savage tier should be available otherwise it would take almost 5 years to cycle Savages, by which time we'd have 24 more to cycle.

I did the entire Mentor Roulette grind for the 2k mount. Almost every Extreme I got was a clear (and I got LOTS).TBH, the only Ex's that I've cleared on Mentor rous since I started last year is the Great Hunt since everyone else will flee if we get an old Extreme that's too hard since most of us haven't ever done them on patch and it's a challenge to explain to sprouts that this is better in PF to find other MINE fans or discords.
This included Lakshmi, Susano, Tsukuyomi, Great Hunt, Ravana, Limitless Blue, Thordan, Ultima's Bane, Garuda, Ifrit, King Mog, Leviathan, Titan, Ramuh and Shiva.
There was 1 time in Ramuh where we didn't clear, I recall, due to a tank that just couldn't read/comprehend what we were saying and weren't ready for high-end content while their co-tank was a very promising future raider, which was unfortunate.
The one that was never a clear was Nidhogg but a few times we came close. Just takes a while to remember mechanics and then get everyone on the same page and do last part smoothly.
99% of the time, if you stay and explain the mechanics, it's a clear, because usually most of the party is mentors and you can relate the mechanics to similar mechanics in more recent fights, since SE reuses mechanics. Then the mentors get it instantly. Others flat out have cleared them before in mentor roulette.
If you forget mechanics, you can figure them out pretty quick. After all, as a mentor you've done... almost every duty in the game to unlock it, plus 1,000 duties, plus got 1,500 commendations. So you can surely identify basic mechanics by that point like "oh it does a spread AoE there so we have to do x, y or z".
But if it's properly synced to Min ilvl with no echo, it would be less realistic for all this to happen as often. That's why it shouldn't be a roulette but rather a fixed duty each day, allowing for study. When it's a fixed duty, it ends up like Unreal, where people watch a guide then get it quickly. To a large extent, Unreal is so easy because we have an absurd amount of heals and mit compared to when it was current plus "less stressful" and less distracting and less punishing rotations, but it's still the best approach to fix the duty each day because then you can study before entering.
