It may not be a roulette in the typical sense but it would allow for player preference and could hypothetically include any kind of content. Players could queue as hosts who pick the content, or as party members who are assigned to content selected by hosts. This simultaneously allows for players to stick to their preferred content (hosts) while letting other players potentially see more variety out of the roulette (party members).
