    That's... Wow ok. It coooould possibly explain why people at lvl100 seem to get Stormblood and higher dungeons more easier. Obviously the saturation of people is also going to be different, but I wonder if there's something weird going on with getting dungeons that are near your itemlevel in leveling roulette.
