    Deep Dungeon Disconnect Protection

    Deep Dungeons need to have some sort of protection for when the servers are bugging out beyond what's already there. It's great that a disconnect doesn't end the run anymore, but that doesn't help when the game lags and you get frozen in an AoE or in a fight. I can't even count the number of times at this point I've lost a run because the servers started lagging. It's not my internet, because this only happens in FFXIV. Not in any other game or even any other MMO. Just this one.

    Maybe somehow the game will detect if you're disconnecting and if you die during it then it won't count against you, that'd be ideal but I'm not actually sure that'd be possible. What's probably far easier and more likely to be possible is to just give an option to save your floor and leave the dungeon whenever you want. Everything on that floor would be saved as it is, so you can't use it to get extra items, avoid enemies, or get extra time which preserves the challenge. But if you notice you're starting to lag, you can just leave and return later when the servers are functioning properly.

    I understand the point of these is to be a challenge and make it so you have to do ten floors at once. If things functioned properly, I'd have no issue with that. But there's no point in taking that challenge in the first place if it's impossible to complete because the servers don't work, and it's beyond frustrating to spend 5+ hours on a run and then get sent back to the start because of something that wasn't even your fault.
