I was thinking about all of the work that has gone into the Cosmic Exploration planets and how it will likely be abandoned by the time 8.0 releases, if not sooner. They are beautiful zones, so why not open them up to everybody to explore and host social events?

An Explorer Mode for CE would come with huge Spoiler Warnings and players who have not unlocked it, would not be able to use the vendors there or complete any missions. They could just sight see, gpose, and party! Maybe players who have unlocked CE could offer Day Passes to friends who have not, so they can enjoy it together.

There are other areas that could use this same treatment, such as Solution Nine. S9 is this gorgeous, huge space, that is mostly wasted right now. Sure you can party in S9, but lower level players would be excluded, and where's the fun in that?

It just seems a shame to waste so many beautiful zones.
