    Value bundle not receiving account wide

    I purchased the value bundle, it was received on one character, but i santed a different name so i created a new character and wanted to use the items from the value bundle on this character, but it refuses to show up in the moogle mail delivery system, all other items i havr purchased that are acclunt wide are there, and only 11 out of the 20 slots have been taken up, i have pressed the request delivery item button but it refuses to show

    We apologize for the inconvenience, and would like to help you retrieve your purchased items. Should you have not received the items you purchased from the Final Fantasy XIV Online Store, please check that your Mog Mail is not full. If it is full, delete mail from the inbox before clicking on the resend button in the top right corner of the Mailbox in-game. If you have not received the item after an hour, contact a Game Master by typing “/supportdesk” to bring up the menu to reach them. When contacting a Game Master, inform them that your items have not been received yet via Mog Mail for further assistance.
