Can we still at least get the BLU level increase in Dawntrail?

Simple request. Can you give us the level increase to BLU during this expansion even if you still delay the new skills, carnival encounters, etc? I would like to be able to use it for Endwalker fates and maps.

I would really appreciate that. I've been saving a bunch of level 90 maps with guaranteed portals, anticipating that I'll be able to solo them as a BLU.
Having this uncertainty of when or even IF we're getting any BLU updates anymore is very demotivating.

THIS! Why do we only ever get BLU at the end of expansion? 99% of the time it is going to be 2 expansions behind. If they are going to release it in the later patches then they should have BLU be the same level cap as the expansion.
