I assumed that's just a statement of how big the creature is.

Well to the left of that it says 外見設定 which I think is "Appearance Settings", and the thing to the right of that says　見た目の変更　which is like "Appearance Changes" which is what I'm assuming is a way to pick different skins. I could be wrong though, I don't actually speak Japanese.
