    First look at Beastmaster

    An image of Beastmaster's job gear was posted to Bluesky, ahead of tomorrow's Live Letter previewing patch 7.5.

    The weapon is hard to see but may be copying the one-handed axe and shield used by the beastmasters in Bozja.

    The AF armor is disappointing to say the least
    Hopefully this at least means that we are getting BST in 7.5 and not in 6 months

    Specifically from the posted timeline, that seems to be patch 7.56, with 7.1 (early June) and 7.5 (late July) before that.

    I think it was pretty much set that those would be the weapons used for a while now.

    In fact, iirc those two are still alive out there, so maybe they'll turn a new leaf and be our job quest NPCs.

    The AF set reminds me of FFXI BST gear (can't remember if it was an AF set or not), which would make sense. Either way, at least we finally have some info about it!

    The fluffy look with horns is what Beastmaster looks like in FFV, so in way this was always expected, remains to be seen what the armor will look like on female characters.
