So instead, if you're so insistent that the Winterers or the Ascians made it, why does it look Garlean? The Ascians loved Amaurot, which this doesn't really resemble in any meaningful ways, and one of the two confirmed members of the Winterers we have is the architect behind the Everkeep and Solution Nine, which is a fundamentally different metropolis. Neither of those approaches would look Garlean, so for your theories to hold, you're gonna need an explanation for why either (or both) of them suddenly went for concrete brutalism instead of their usual signature styles.
Honestly, I was using the connect the Ascians had with Garlemald and that we have some in Winterer. But you might be right that I’m aiming a little too high about it.
