Retainers: So many text boxes!

Hello Cuties

I have a little trouble with the retainers of my latest alt (black mage).

2 of them got level 30. Since then, every times I talk to them, I get an additional black text window to inform that I can change job (like for example, bard for archer).

Problem: I can't get rid of the notification! Every single time I talk to them, I get it.

My questions: Why is it coming only for the retainers of my newest alt (don't have that by the retainers of my main and my other alt, although I didn't change their job)? Is it new? How can I turn it off?

Double post to inform that after talking with other players and browsing reddit and other sources, it seems that there are only 2 alternatives: Changing the job of the retainer, what forces you to waste 40 ventures (pretty unfair on my opinion for something with no real added value), or coping with the extra text box for ever.

For info: It seems that for some players, to change the appearance of their retainers has eliminated the problem. But it's not always working (some did it but had no success).

So, issue is closed unless someone can bring new information (crossing fingers )
