Picking up a reward with a diff. class than did the job: who gets the XPs?

Hello All

A question related to basic concept of the game. I take 2 examples.

Ex. 1)
I complete a field leve as miner. I change class (for whatever reason) and later I go pick up my field level reward as black mage: Wo earns the XPs? The miner or the black mage?

Ex. 2)
I crafted stuff for daily GC supply. I go pick up rewards as gatherer. Who gets the XPs? The crafters who did the work or the gatherer?

Generally, my question is: If I go pick up a reward equipped as something different than that what I used to do the concerned job, who get the XPs? The currently equipped class or the class that did the job?

(1) For leves, if you were to complete a combat leve with a combat class/job A, and hand in with combat class/job B, B gets the EXP, tho not so sure if it works differently with crafter/gatherer.

(2) For Grand Company daily turn-ins, the EXP automatically goes into the corresponding crafters/gatherers which the items are listed for, so when you turn all those at once with let say Black Mage, you can still see systems message saying something like "Miner levelled up!".


Generally in most cases, it is usually the class/job which you use to hand in the quests gets the EXP, tho there are a few exceptions as far as I can tell.
(Not sure if the ones I know are all of them so not going to list)

There are several systems used for different types of quests:
- Society Quests (aka beast tribes) lock to the job you picked them up on, and can only be accepted by that job.
- Normal sidequests aren't locked to a job as far as I know.
- MSQ is locked specifically to battle jobs, whereas crafter/gatherer quests are locked specifically to crafters and/or gatherers.
- Job/class quests are locked to that specific job.

Now I don't remember how leve quests work, but at minimum, you would have to be on a gatherer to hand in the quest, if not specifically miner.

Thanks as usual.

@Jeeqbit, I tested that earlier today for the leves: we can pick up reward with whatever class we want, no matter the categorie of the leve. As an example, I did pick up two rewards of field leves while being on my black mage and that worked. Unfortunately, I was disturbed while doing it and have not been able to "catch" if my XPs have increased on black mage or not for that reward. Grrrr... I will retest it later when there will be no risk for external disturbance... LOL
