    DEX caps lower, not the secondary stat. All of the weapons are linear, so all Ifrit weapons have the same caps, etc. Once again, when Seiken did his original testing, Garuda weapons weren't out yet. Since he is no longer active on the forum, a few of us took up the testing ourselves. If something has changed, or someone came up with new caps, no one of my tester friends have let me know, so I'm sticking to what I've got.

    I've seen the results in-game of the caps I listed; seeing as I'm not going to dig through the forums for information I know to be true, you can trust I'm right (which I doubt you will do; I mean, it is an online forum and you are on a different server), or you can continue to believe what you do. Regardless, it won't matter in a couple of months.

    The only facts I can give you, and this is another one of those trust things, is that I was using Serpent Sergeants, fully capped by your standards (350/310), and now that I've moved to Ifrit's and lesser gear, lower stats, and more attack power, I am doing considerably more damage than before. 330/290 (328/292 if you want what I use as the caps) is what I base my gearset on, which allows me to have...I think 15apow,120crit apow, and 12crit rate more than if I was using the 350/310 gearset. Now, we know that STR gives .8-.9 damage to weapon skills below cap (PIE is .65-.67), while APow gives .35-.38, so unless I'm missing something, I should not be able to outdamage myself by taking away 20str and 20pie.

    Guess I should add a disclaimer; if what I know has changed, sorry. It may be so, but no one has presented me with the new info yet. As of 1.22, this is true.

    Edit: Speaking of disclaimers, I went through the information that I posted again, and the guy who came up with the algorithm for stat caps switched back from 328/292 to 350/310...as of last week (its the google doc link). He's on my server so I'll try and see what's up tonight, assuming he's on.
