I tried it once alone just to see. I could only get one cake too. You get 30 per cake, but it does count partial cakes too. It seems 1 or 2 for each item on the cake.

Thing is alone it's the same 10 minutes accomplishing much less progress, so it's pretty boring. With a group it's much more fast paced, and the mammets get more aggressive as you go. The worst run I had with a 4 player group was 3 cakes and that's enough for everything. Most of the time we got all 5 done.

In my experience people are pretty chill about holiday stuff.

Aye, I had about 38-42 on my solo run because I partially made a 2nd cake, and with the group run it was over double that because we had finished 4 cakes and partially on the 5th before time ran out. We all got a bit confused on the "pick your own" part because none of us knew what qualified as what along with all of the options being available instead of only what you "needed" for previous cakes, lol.

Personally I only cared about the music so I already had plenty of chocolates from the solo run, but went ahead and grabbed the glamour after the group run when I remembered I could toss it into the armoire. Didn't bother with the furnishing though, it's not like I have any place to use it.

Anyway, I really enjoyed the event and I think this is one of the best events they have had in a while between the mini-game and rewards.
