Fix the itemlvl-sync!

I endorse this. If it's going to be an actual sync, sync it so we experience it like we were meant to.


The devs didn't work on those mechanics for nothing. If the present strat is "don't worry we'll burn through it" or just to ignore it entirely because it's so negligible? Then the issue isn't the mechanics, it's the impact they make, which can't be felt until we're synced and balanced where it matters.

At least, when you see rarely unskipped mechanics nowadays, and that things go crazy/thrilling since nobody knows them in your team, you know you're in for a funny memorable moment (no matter the outcome) xD
