is legacy character status transfer possible?

as the title says on the box.
i made a character after HW came out to play on a new sever with friends since my legacy character was on a full/locked server when they started playing. the new character has since become my main character that I've done everything on. i stopped originally because 1.0 was rough and i did not have the time or energy (yay military post 9/11).
is it possible to transfer legacy status to my "new" character?

If you're referring to the Legacy tattoo, old 1.0 gear/items (like the original Gobbuue mount) and 1.0 specific achievements that a 1.0 character can start ARR with, then no, it is not transferrable at all. Those bonuses are locked to that character only I'm afraid.

Legacy Campaign status on the other hand is account based, so you get those bonuses no matter what character you have on that account, whether your old 1.0 character/characters, or any new characters you create on that account in ARR.
