Lethargy is too strong and on a limit break power for how spammable this ability is

I completely stopped using Hyosho shuriken ability as Ninja. I don't know what happened but I cannot see that big 18k damage anymore. Either nothing happens on the target or the damage is applied 2-3 seconds later and it's nothing. Either a netcode issue or the fact that several jobs already do 12-15k with their abilities just makes this one feel sadge.

Edit: Also how many times we failed LB with Ninja despite target being under 50% HP? Crazy I know.

If you can open with Assassinate then it is a good follow up. It can make people panic heal! Outside of that though, you just want to spit on as many debuffed people as you can! That way you can guarantee that your damage is going to people around the crystal and that's what really matters! Use damage to control what goes on around the crystal.
I've literally LB people at 25% HP just for it to not go of because on the same frame they recovered with 1k HP to spare, NIN LB animation takes too long and it's low priority on the calculations from my experience. It's one of the reasons if you LB and a WHM Poly's you. You'll lose LB and it won't trigger.
