Can i trade a item on Mogstation ?

Hello Guys,

Hope im on the correct place for support.

I want to buy a Mount as a gift for a friend however, the mogstation is showing that the Gift option is not available for the mount, i also already own this same mount so, if i buy it, i will be able to still send it to my friend ? what will happen if i buy it and i already own the same ??

Mounts from the FFXIV store are not able to be bought as gifts anymore since a few years ago if I'm not mistaken. They also cannot be traded as they are bound to your account or character.
