Constant crashing when attempting to enter gameworld

As the title suggest i cannot log into my character without crashing for the most part. This issue seems the have sprung up since the new update recently.

On occasion i can log in but attempting to change zones has a high chance of crashing again. I am getting the standard "An unexpected error has occurred" each time.

On advice elsewhere i have checked the event viewer and it is telling me "The server Windows.Gaming.GameBar.PresenceServer.Internal.PresenceWriter did not register with DCOM within the required timeout." on each crash. Any attempts to fix that error doesn't seem to work. I turn off and on, uninstalled, reinstall gamebar and nothing works.

I have also reinstalled the game, updated drivers, checked memory, and checked the hard drive.

I'm getting the same issue too, in fact I haven't been able to play FFXIV as a result.

I get as far as the Play button, three seconds of a black screen then the game crashes. I've attempted to fix this using some old methods from years ago but nothing works, I'm honestly at a loss.
