Sure. Extended into being less efficient, dragging the dungeon design experience across all levels and expansions down with their crappiness, not having purpose other than dungeon runs, no optional training for experience outside of the dungeons, and not having any unlockable upgrades.

This has bothered me for the longest time as well, despite them trying to tell you otherwise the Trust/Duty Support system is really just a worse version of Squadrons in everything except being able to dodge AoEs.
