I have the same problem and I tried several things:
- I disabled Low Latency Mode
- I deactivated HAGS
- I disabled Steam and NVIDIA overlays
- I turned off the OC
- I did the file verification via the launcher
- I updated the NVIDIA drivers
But it kept giving me the same error either after 10 minutes or after an hour

Today I noticed that Windows installed PowerToys on me, specifically the version 0.96.1. I turned it off, and after 4 hours of playing, no crashes or errors. I don't know if this is the solution or if it's a combination of everything I've done so far, but so far it seems to be working.
I'll keep monitoring tomorrow too because maybe I just got lucky today.
