Rural Housing

It occurred to me I'd love to have my house on a small cliff overlooking Lake Toari. I'm in the medical field so I don't know anything about coding or servers. But it seems to me the current housing system is urban or maybe suburban. That's great if you like neighbors, shops, and being near the city states.

Would it be possible to give players an instance option to have the exact same type of housing but in any of the current zones? Not the actual zone but just a small housing version of that zone. Like you can see a lot of that zones landmarks in the distance but the housing plot.

Plus you can make these zones purchasable on the cash shop or make people buy housing fantasias if they want to relocate from say Shaaloani to Summerford. And of course, people can choose but not have both. If you want an urban lottery based house in the city, you can bid for it. But if you just wanna kick back in your private happy space after a long day of whatever, that option would be open to all accounts.

I'm probably just dreaming but I wonder if such a thing might be possible.

That would be a neat addition, more instanced housing that does not require neighbourhoods, more variety in the environment.
