I dont understand some people. I got a Void Ark pop last week in the AR roulette. I was happy for something different, we had a couple first timers, everything seemed well. Well, almost everything. The tank from my group instantly left without saying anything. We didnt actually get a replacement in the entire 19 minutes the run took(nor did we need one, obviously). Seriously, the penalty for leaving was 11 minutes longer then the run that guy bailed on. I dont get it. And thats not even counting that the higher level runs are more engaging since you have more buttons to push.

CT is the only AR needed to finish the MSQ. So while literally everyone in an AR roulette will have CT unlocked, comparatively few will have specific ARs from other expansions.
Because other ARs aren't required like CT is, most sprouts just fly pass them on the MSQ rails, likely not even knowing that other ARs existed. When I look in PF, the only other AR I ever see forming is for YoRHa, and I can only wonder why that might be the case...
So, it'll be more than 3x the wait if you specifically exclude CT. Try like, 10x.
My outline for a Chemist healer: https://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/threads/513527-Healer-Concept-Draft-Chemist
I'd take the 10x wait. And it wouldn't be 10x You'd just need 23 other people in an entire data center to say they don't want Crystal Tower and it would only take an extra 10 min to put that together. The problem is, it would take 20x longer for new people to get into a Crystal Tower run because no one would run it.

I haven't run alliance roulette in over a year so it stopped mattering to me. It, at best, only serves for exp when leveling. Once everything is maxed I don't do it.
What I would like to see is Crystal Tower made part of MSQ roulette rather than Alliance Raid roulette. Then all the other alliance raids would be on equal footing in their roulette. (Full disclosure: I haven’t queued for MSQ roulette in about two years.)

I haaate the Void Ark. But I hate Crystal Tower more, so I'd still rather get Void Ark. Everything else is generally good and fun.

Awhile back i heard the suggestion of just adding an extra roulette. Put CT on its own, add an actual alliance raid roulette for the rest. The people who currently auto leave can que for the set they actually want(whether its people who refuse to do CT or people who refuse to do anything else) and leave the other people alone. It would give the devs an easier time balancing the rewards to get the ques popping at the rate they want. And for those who want it, theyd have an extra roulette they could run for exp/tomes.

Doing leveling roulette for the relic has just drivin home to me how messed up their roulette system is. Out of the 60 odd runs that thing takes I got a total of only 5 different dungeons and one of those I got 20 times, another 15 times and only one of those 35 runs had new players. If running roulettes for nearly 15 years wasn't enough, this relic how shown me there is absolutely a finger on the roulette scales for certain dungeons. Mainly the 1.0 carry overs, which is something ppl have been saying for years now.
