Strategy Boards get removed after logging out

When submitting a bug report, please use the below template and thoroughly fill out the necessary information.

Date & Time: Started sometime last week on Jan 19th or 20th
Frequency: Every time the character logs out and logs back in
World name: Brynhildr
Character name: Straw Hat

1. Create or Save a strategy Board (in or out of folder)
2. Log out of character
3. Log back in on character, strategy board is gone, only empty folders remain
*Add more steps if necessary



Tests



4. If I create a new board, no matter what I name it, it uses the name of the last strategy board I had saved prior to the issue.
This board is also removed after logging out



*Other notes
-I DC transfer frequently, but the issue started when I had this character parked on Aether DC for over a week.
-None of my other characters are affected that I could see in my tests, just this character. (These characters are also on Aether and move DC's frequently)
-Strategy board works fine while logged in, the boards are only removed after logging out.
-Shared list is unaffected and boards shared with me stay
-Folder names stay

*I performed another test since posting this, and found that the shared list is affected to, old names of shared boards show up when new boards are shared with me:
(again boards shared with me now will stay, but all shared boards from before I encountered this issue are gone)

After the latest Hotfix (Feb. 4) where the issue with strategy boards was addressed, I can see my old Train EX boards came back. Nothing else was restored, but it was mentioned that not all boards would be recovered.
I also tested importing a new board, and so far these all stay between logins.
Will continue to monitor for now if the issue comes back.
