    I love FF5 I hope North Horn is a banger.

    South Horn was awesome in the beginning and i love the aesthetic compared to bozja! The music for the CE and Especially FATEs are amazing and the fan service in some of the bosses like trade tortoise mirroring gil turtle from ff5 was great. I also love the treasure chest system because wandering around for loot is fun.

    Now I'm sure plenty of my gripes have already been stated so I'll keep the belly aching short. Most Phantom Jobs outside chemist and cannoneer feel too weak and don't alter gameplay enough. Forked Tower. Chest need to spawn much more frequently but the common ones should not drop certain old exploration zone content like raptor, petrel and eldthurs.

    For North Horn add an easier to join and clear raid like dalriada and maybe a savage version to queue into like drs.

    For the new phantom jobs please disregard balance a bit more and let us break the game like we could in bozja. If not atleast make the abilities of new phantom jobs more readily usable like cannoneer's short cooldowns. Phantom Berserker is the best example of a boring phantom job please avoid that and Honestly feel free to add no new phantom jobs and just add more skills to old ones.

    the chests on north horn should have original mounts based on ff5 instead of old exploration loot.

    I've enjoyed Dawntrail and I hope the expansion has a strong finish before 8.0

    More FF5 Music for north horn too. While i like the medley of themes from all the civilizations that occupy the crescent I'd really like north horn to play Four Hearts or Unknown World.

    North Horn being good is honestly a 50/50 chance imo.

    It can be a really good zone if they take the feedback of South Horn to heart like back then in Eureka because the ideas themselves aren't bad, they are simply implemented lackluster.

    Treasure chests were a great thing but they should give more original rewards instead of devaluing older field zones.
    The CE's are fun but they need to look at the unfair treatment of the roles in there. Reward perfect play, give the bosses a buff where they take massively decreased damage from tanks or whatever. Also massively reduce the ability of tanks to do everything solo in the zone or actually let levelling actually feel like you get stronger instead of struggling with low level enemies.
    Fates have fun mechanics but die way too fast and are mostly just not worth it Give them invincibility timers or make it so we can see beforehand when and where they spawn.
    Phantom jobs can be good if they actually changed the gameplay. Give DPS the ability to tank or do other shenanigans like in Bozja, let healers use them to play off their immense healing abilities like converting them to damage or something else. Do not design them only around the tower, give them overworld interacting skills and actually make them so that tanks aren't basically the only role who can make the most out of their skills.
    Do not treat the next tower as an afterthought for the casual playerbase again. If it repeats similar mistakes and again just becomes Discord content then they can just scrap it entirely tbh.

    If they look at the feedback and act upon it (which they are able to and they did have enough time) then North Horn can be an immense improvement.
    If they however continue treating the Field Zone like the unwanted child then North Horn may as well be the final nail in the coffin of field zones.

    What I will absolutely not accept again is a cost or time excuse while they are able to throw out several crafter / gatherer planets in a row and actually implement feedback there.

    Wouldn't surprise me if North Horn will be practically the same as South Horn with minor tweaks, I feel like they've all but given up on this expansions field content, my main worry is that they're going to go "Field Content is not getting engaged with, people must not like it." as a reason to justify not adding new ones in the future.

    Same way I'm worried they'll just swap between updates for Beast Master and Blue Mage every other expansion. I love this game, and I respect the devs, but I do start to wonder where their priorities lie in terms of content development.

    I agree with pretty much everything you said. The only part I wasn't sure about was nerfing tanks. Tanks being strong is a good way to make solo farming the content viable after the expansion ends and for people who dont wanna group up. I agree that dps who go blind into ce's should have more tools to survive and kick butt like Essence of the beast melees, ordained red mage or machine gun black mage from bozja. It's a bit ridiculous how we have most groups of exclusively tanks (warriors) in the ce lol. Instead of making tank equally weak I'd rather dps and healers actually get cool stuff. The fact some phantom jobs were designed EXCLUSIVELY around tower is worse than the essences only useable in delubrum reginae.

    So much neglect to field op content and open world limited job content this expansion saddens me deeply but im holding out hope till they crush em again.

    Also what's criminal is this is FF5 based content and there's now way to pass on learned abilities to other phantom jobs like in ff5. Berserker has only 1 button let me teach it some skills i learned on other jobs please!
