How are you still not seeing what I'm trying to say? Well, regardless, we're just going in circles, I made my point, you're not seeing it, that's fine, have a good day.Xeno didn't rate anyone in that video. He looked at some numbers and gave his take on what was happening. He even mentioned several times that he never played healer, but some of the numbers looked odd even to him. How could he provide any context and talk about it without actually being in his pulls?
I actually thought he was super nice to the dude in question.
Generally, Xeno is usually super upfront and has no issue with telling ppl they straight up suck. I prefer that and probably many of his viewers as well, and it's one of the reasons I do like him, and Arthars for that fact, because I think everyone needs to be told exactly how it is, to move forward. Sometimes you need a bald-bearded uncle to give you the real talk...haha
That was fun! I'm going to take a 21 hour nap now~
I'm glad you brought up Arthars. 8) Arthars said in his video that PUGs were going to have more trouble and he thought M11S was overtuned a bit by 0.5 to 1%. He said 'pugs have to play at a higher level than a week 1 static' and they might need players with the weapon to help carry them through. So who is correct Xeno or Arthars? By your own logic one of them is wrong and should be personally attacked because players are not allowed to have differing opinions on difficulty that might influence others' opinions of Savage like the frequent miserable raiders in this and other forums who talk down on grey parsers, who promote gatekeeping with passports, who complain about ABCs and button presses, who say if you hide your logs you are griefing, who might kick OP if they met them, and all manner of nasty elitisms that can't be mentioned here. If you think one opinion is scaring away players...look in the mirror. The fact is that YoshiP asked players not to use third party tools to name and shame other players and it is happening openly in the Official Forum...I don't have the words. You say OP should be "held accountable" and has an opinion that is a "false narrative" like they're committing crime. You have not once said anything about your own personal M11S experience.
Not for the prejudiced person above:
BTW I like M11S. I have not reached enrage because I had the flu and am taking my time. The math in my head tells me the way YoshiP adjusted this one was a mistake: they should have delayed the tome gear release date too rather than essentially removing 2 or 3 pieces worth of gear from everyone including those players who might have needed it in M3S or M7S and will now feel the tighter DPS check in comparison. Also if you are going to tell Japanese interviewers about tuning the fight harder for the sake of week-1 raiders, you should at least warn players in other regions who will not read these articles either in game in the Savage descriptions or in the news sections when you start up the game. Average players who barely get by Raids who get hard stuck on a new raid for dozens of hours and then learn after the fact that it was overtuned would have the right to be very upset and complain to the Devs in the only place they can.

I think the point you're not getting from Ankhira isn't that Xeno was nice or awful—if anything it could have been good coaching actually—but that he did it in public, where it would have been actually great in private.Xeno didn't rate anyone in that video.
