Stat Allocation

I would like to play a mage job without the hassle of allocating points it puts me off as most of my jobs are DOW. I would like it to be like in FFXI already done thats just my preference or something similar. As for people saying about gear you will always get elitists but playing your job well was not that hard in FFXI. I began with nothing and ended up with a lot of nice gear from which id worked my butt off for...and i never ever remember anyone mentioning gear only if they had certain skills capped.

I wouldn't mind if they could be saved in sets ready for you like others have mentioned
