The trouble with behests

Would it be preferable for a 50 to sit out entirely (while still part of the Behest) in order to let lower-level players kill at their own pace?

Communication in that particular situation is the key. Some people may just want the EXP, so as long as they have the claim they would be happy for the R50 to finish off the monster quickly... but this is akin to power leveling so people will have different opinions on it. Others may actually want to do the behest and fight it out for themselves.

No one will know unless the person says what they are trying to do, and hopefully the level capped player will respect that.

I've been doing the Behest achievements the past couple weeks...and I'm getting so sick of people because of it. I always let the lower level player get claim on mobs first before I nuke them, as well as Stoneskin/Protect them...yet there's always that one butthole who shows up and kills everything before the person without a mount can even get there.

Today, I was doing Iron Lake...and a level 42 Archer was doing them. She refused to join up with me, yet had no problem relying on me to kill them. I have no problem helping others...but I hate when my help is seen as required. I didn't even get a 'Thank You' from them.

I cannot wait to have these achievements done with.
